The Malta Taekwondo Association held its latest DAN and POOM grading on the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd November; a session that highlighted the continued growth, discipline, and technical refinement within the Maltese Taekwondo community.

Following his participation at the European Grand Prix Series in Serbia, Coach Ditmir Vodinaj led a new Maltese contingent to the Albania Open G1, held in Tirana on the 4th and 5th of October.

The Iron Taekwondo senior team, made up of Czarek Odlanicki (-87 kg) and Fergeson Galea (-63 kg), recently took part in the renowned Polish Open G1, one of Europe’s most competitive Taekwondo events. Led by coach Gianluca Barbara, the team faced a tough challenge as they went head-to-head with some of the sport’s elite.
