This year’s Iron Island Training Camp brought together 105 athletes from 11 countries — Malta, France, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Israel, Germany, the United Kingdom and Greece — for a truly memorable weekend of high-level training and connection.

A strong Maltese contingent travelled to Greece to take part in the second edition of the International Training Seminar held in Ptolemaida. The seminar was hosted by sisters Toula and Vaso Christidou, together with myself, Gianluca Barbara, invited as a guest coach for the weekend.

Three ITL fighters took part in the Greece G1 in Thessaloniki on the 25th May, 2025.
