As part of the ongoing activities of the B.E.S.T. Project, an initiative developed through the collaboration between F.I.T.A. (Federazione Italiana Taekwondo) and the Malta Taekwondo Association (M.T.A.), a series of educational webinars has been launched to support the introduction of Taekwondo in schools.

A strong Maltese contingent travelled to Greece to take part in the second edition of the International Training Seminar held in Ptolemaida. The seminar was hosted by sisters Toula and Vaso Christidou, together with myself, Gianluca Barbara, invited as a guest coach for the weekend.

On the 13 December, 2025, the Maltese Taekwondo community proudly hosted The Rising Stars II, a dynamic international open tournament that brought together emerging and established talent from across the Mediterranean.
