Over the weekend of 14th and 15th February, Iron Taekwondo League (ITL) fielded two competitive teams across two countries — Albania and Belgium — and brought back five medals.

This year’s Iron Island Training Camp brought together 105 athletes from 11 countries — Malta, France, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Israel, Germany, the United Kingdom and Greece — for a truly memorable weekend of high-level training and connection.

The Malta Taekwondo Association held its latest DAN and POOM grading on the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd November; a session that highlighted the continued growth, discipline, and technical refinement within the Maltese Taekwondo community.
